"Reaching Out to the T'boli Tribe in South Cotabato, Philippines"
In the remote mountain slopes of South Cotabato, Philippines, the T’boli Tribe, an indigenous community, continues to live in a traditional manner reminiscent of their ancestors from centuries past. Their way of life has remained largely untouched by modern advancements. Many of the children in this tribe have not had the opportunity to attend school and lack access to vital knowledge.
However, there is a glimmer of hope for the T’boli Tribe, thanks to the unwavering dedication of two missionaries, Jocelyn and Mayette. These two individuals tirelessly serve the Lord by bringing the message of the gospel to the tribe. Their efforts are supplemented by the ministry of Touching Hearts, which provides essential financial support.
With the help of Touching Hearts, the children of the T’boli Tribe are now able to learn about the Bible and enjoy nutritious food during the visits of Jocelyn and Mayette. This outreach serves as a small but meaningful step towards improving the lives and prospects of this unique and resilient indigenous community.
